We haven’t test their hosting quality, yet, but our colleagues have tested them and they are pretty reliable (and very affordable.) The Soholaunch site builder free software is a great addition for your sites, provided you are interested in such service.
One number one drawback is that the customer services are not always available 24/7 (Our assumption: This is probably due to limited staffing.) The staffs are helpful, nevertheless.
